Screencasts

I make professional-quality screencast videos at crazy-low prices. By using modern screen-sharing software and VOIP, I can record *your* screen and voice wherever you are. Or I can record your screen remotely and hire professional narration locally. Great prices either way.

These are samples of screencast videos I’ve made. To see some of my “live” video work, please go to InternetVideoPromotion.com.

Our client, FossForUs, wanted attractive title slides and to have an animated version of their little “Fossie” mascot narrate some of their videos. No problem, and the animated mascot gives their videos a unique, whimsical touch. We’ll happily do something like this (or something completely different) for you, to help set your software videos apart from the herd.

This demo video features Vuze, a powerful, full-featured, cross-platform bittorrent client and open content platform that used to be called Azureus.

Audacity is a popular cross-platform FOSS audio editor. This is a fast-paced, professionally-narrated, one-minute introduction to the software made for the FOSSfor.us website.

This is a 50-second sample of a 30-minute tutorial (in three parts) narrated by the vendor’s engineering manager, meant to be watched by clients’ engineers. We did two takes and a few fill-in takes to cover botched lines, removed verbal glitches like “uhh” and extended silences, and that was about it. This piece is not interesting — unless you work with this particular piece of highly-specialized software, in which case it is chock-full of valuable information.

Another FOSSfor.us demo video, this one for Mac OS IM client Adium. This is an example of remote screen capture work over the Internet. Yes, we *can* make remote screen recordings that look as good as local ones. :)
